How to order?
You can browse through each collections to see our items per category. You can also search for specific products by typing any keyword in the search bar.
What payment methods you accept?
We accept payments thru any of the following:
Debit/Credit Card thru Paypal
Cash on delivery is available.
Money Remittance: Palawan Express and LBC
Online Payment Providers: GCASH or PAYMAYA
Payoneer or Paypal
How to use Shopback? I am interested with the rebates I can earn.
That's great to hear! You can use Shopback using your mobile phone with the app or use the browser extension instead.
In order for you to get the cashback you deserve, you will need to make sure you click from ShopBack after every purchase made.
This is the most vital piece required in order for you to qualify for Cashback.
The reasoning behind this is for us to know that you clicked through from ShopBack, so that you can get Cashbacks accordingly.

How to pay using credit or debit card?
Step 1: Click on the Paypal button under Express checkout as seen on the screenshot below:
Step 2: Click the button that says ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card:
Step 3: When entering your card details and billing address, make sure to change the drop down for countries to Philippines. Complete the details as much as possible to ensure the items will be shipped correctly.
Step 4: You can choose to create a Paypal account or not, then press on Continue button.
Step 5. Confirm your details are all correct then click on Continue with payment.
Step 6. You're done! You can continue shopping if you want :) Check your email for update on shipping information.
Is it safe to process my payment using my debit or credit card in your website?
We process payment thru Paypal. It is not necessary to create a Paypal account when transacting using your debit or credit card. You can be assured of the following when transacting using Paypal:
- Encrypted information with the highest level of commercially available technology
- Data stored on servers that aren’t directly connected to the internet
- Gateway that can allow for payments through the PayPal system using email/password without full transmission of payment information to the merchant
Why does it appear I am paying for Lette's Fashion Boutique?
Yes, this is correct. Lette's Fashion Boutique is the registered business name of Assorted.PH. Whereas, Assorted.PH Concept Store is the trade name we are using.
How long does order processing takes?
Order processing takes within 1-2 business days, while we are still observing ECQ/GCQ guidelines, processing of your orders may take longer due to the retail store being closed right now.
How long does shipping take? What is your shipping courier?
Orders will be shipped after it has been processed and depending on location may take within 1 to 3 business days.
Due to COVID Pandemic, we can only ship to nearby Rizal province and Metro Manila area.
How can I track my order?
We send out email confirmation with the tracking number of your order. You can track real time status from the link in your email.
Do you have a refund policy? Can I return the product if it turns out I didn't like it?
We do have a 30-day refund policy. This starts the day you received your order and not the day you ordered in our store. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund anymore.
We will ONLY give a refund for damaged (seller's fault) and lost items (during shipping period). If the item has been found damaged by the buyer, refund cannot be granted.
We will NOT entertain refunds due to change of taste & shipment delays.
Shipment delays are beyond of our control. We will give you a tracking number once the item ships so you can be updated.
All refunds are subject for approval, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately once you had found the item to be faulty or damaged. Please provide a clear picture of the defect as possible.
Note: For products with factory defects, if you wish to replace it with a new item, we can replace it for free.
Exchanges (Size change, Color change, & Design Change)
We do have a 30-day refund policy. This starts the day you received your order and not the day you ordered in our store. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer an exchange to your order.
We will ONLY replace the product if the product is unused.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
